--Retailer Sales Stimulus Idea: Help your customers independently understand the benefits of your products and/or services inside out. Like a treasure hunt, sometimes customers want to see, feel, explore on their own. Being in the self-help industry, consider providing additional information on your floor that explains why items fill customers’ needs. Some easy to follow examples: (If not already on the package) What do certain incense aromas deliver? Selling small rocks? Add explanations (provide copies so customers can take with them) for each rock and/or provide a few reference books to look up qualities. Especially now, people are acquiring things to enhance their lives in areas of love, health, wealth, family and friendships, intellectual endeavors, and spirituality.
