 If any organization is found using our partners' artwork without clearly having permission from The Left Side and/or the artist, it will be required to cease usage.
Please make no assumptions on using our artwork as guidelines are spelled out on this page. If something is unclear email us. If we don't respond to email (maybe there is an issue with email) then call or snail mail us.
When using any artwork (not just ours), always assume that someone owns it. When you see artwork on websites, printed matter... not giving credit to an artist or company then it's likely being used without permission.

Airbrush Angel Visions
(for reproduction on book, album projects, websites, business cards...)...
For profit organizations... Starts at $400 per image plus any materials or postage incurred… all copyrights maintained by The Left Side/Michelle A. Payton (one time usage). All usages must be approved by The Left Side management. Agreement must be signed.
… and/or 5% gross sales royalties (depending on project)
Non-profit organizations and websites*... Starts at $75 per image plus any materials or postage incurred... all copyrights maintained by The Left Side/Michelle A. Payton. Copyright www.theleftside.com must be clearly referenced when artwork is used. Agreement must be signed.
Reminder: Non-profits or start-ups must verify IRS non-profit status to TLS satisfaction and all usages must be approved by The Left Side management.
Retailers that carry Airbrush Angel Visions are permitted to use artwork that they carry in their stores for resale purposes on websites and in ads. It should be used specifically to promoteAirbrush Angel Visions with the intention of reselling it in their stores. All usages must be approved by The Left Side management. If retailers stop carrying artwork, then above fees apply.
Magazines/Facebook/Other Electronic (published in hard copy or electronically)... are not permitted at this time.
All usages must be approved by The Left Side management. All will be sent via email. Limits will apply on number of images used per issue (in order to campaign work over time nationwide).
