 If any organization is found using our partners' artwork without clearly having permission from The Left Side and/or the artist, it will be required to cease usage.
Please make no assumptions on using our artwork as guidelines are spelled out on this page. If something is unclear email us. If we don't respond to email (maybe there is an issue with email) then call or snail mail us.
When using any artwork (not just ours), always assume that someone owns it. When you see artwork on websites, printed matter... not giving credit to an artist or company then it's likely being used without permission.

The Sacred Visionary Art of Eva M. Sakmar-Sullivan
Eva is a Visionary Painter/Environmentalist. Her love of animals, the Earth and the Divine Creator is a constant theme in her paintings. Her Spiritual Quest and travels to Ancient and Sacred sites world-wide have been instrumental in transforming her work to its current form of expression. Eva’s intent is that her work serve the Highest Good of the viewer. Her work can be used as a meditative journeying tool for accessing one’s own portal to higher dimensions. A portion of her sales are donated to support environmental, animal and humanitarian causes.
2005 Images Artist Note:
The 2005 body of work reflects the inspiration I felt as a result of the Feminine energies uplifting and nourishing our planet during the Venus transit. It called me to create art that would inspire and awaken people to get to really know themselves and their inner child and to actively seek to reconnect with the Divine Source.

Existing Images (for reproduction on book, album projects, websites, business cards, magazines...)...
For profit organizations... Starts at $400 per image plus any materials or postage incurred… all copyrights maintained by Eva M. Sakmar-Sullivan (one time usage). All usages must be approved by The Left Side management. Agreement must be signed.
… and/or 5% gross sales royalties (depending on project)
Non-profit organizations and websites*... Starts at $75 per image plus any materials or postage incurred... all copyrights maintained by Eva M. Sakmar-Sullivan (one time usage). Copyright Eva M. Sakmar-Sullivan and www.theleftside.com must be clearly displayed with the artwork being used. Agreement must be signed.
*Non-profits or start-ups must verify IRS non-profit status to TLS satisfaction and all usages must be approved by The Left Side management.
Retailers that carry Eva art are permitted to use artwork that they carry in their stores for resale purposes on websites and in ads. It should be used specifically to promote Eva M. Sakmar-Sullivan Art with the intention of reselling it in their stores. All usages must be approved by The Left Side management. If retailers stop carrying artwork, then above fees apply.
Magazines (published in hard copy only)... are permitted to use artwork that include a biography of Eva M. Sakmar-Sullivan, include all information to order images retail (in Eva case, direct to the artist) and wholesale (www.theleftside.com). This would include pricing of images so that consumers can send in payment to purchase images published in magazine. All usages must be approved by The Left Side management. All will be sent via email. Limits will apply on number of images used per issue (in order to campaign work over time nationwide).
Original Art...
Starts at approximately $2,000 suggested retail per 18 in. x 24 in./20 in. x 24 in. image… all copyrights maintained by Eva M. Sakmar-Sullivan
