Uniquely her own, Penny has come up with a process to find out where you are "stuck" then literally washing it away. Here’s how one of her clients explained it:

My session started with a smile and a hello. With an honest direct look in my eyes, she (Penny) gave me simple instructions and held my hand while talking.

She started to ask questions verbally and at times asking in the silence. Many issues arose and though I felt ready to let go of extra stuff my subconscious did not always reflect the same desire. I remember saying, "Make me want to let go." She (Penny) smiled and said, "Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it." I felt more relaxed and somewhat relieved knowing that. She asked for permission before the real work started. Of course, I couldn’t say "Yes!" fast enough.

She explained she would be on this journey with me and I thought, "Great! I can do this now that I have a partner!" We started by doing some deep breathing and once that was done the sort of vision quest started.

Penny slowly walked through the stages of the journey and while holding (me) gently, led me on my way. This journey led me to reclaiming energy parts of myself that (I) had been left behind for so many years. I realized the choices that were being made now in my life were based on the emotions that resulted from the losses (I experienced)… at 7 years-of-age… and together the ritual of letting go was done through the aid of a power symbol. This was sad but turned into a joyous experience because a big chapter in my life was resolved once and for all. I realized how much the universe (provides)… just for the asking.

I was blessed many times over and am grateful to my maker and Penny for showing up on my journey…!
