All The Left Side products are copyrighted. It is a federal offense to copy anything from this web site without express permission from The Left Side or its cooperative partners.
Minimum = $100 (can combine lines to reach this minimum)
All checks are made payable to The Left Side (no exceptions)
In the event that an invoice is not paid by agreed upon terms, a 2% charge is incurred per 30 day intervals
Things to consider when ordering... For orders under $250, shipping/handling can add 10-15% to ttl order (varies with weight of total package). An average $250 order, shipping/handling for paper products usually does not exceed 3-5% of total order. When ordering display racks, we drop ship from a separate warehouse so shipping will vary depending on location and is a separate charge. UK, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are special situations and averages can not be quoted before order made known.
Shipping & Handling is not an income generator for The Left Side. We subcontract a warehouse that handles all of our shipping and handling and pay them for exactly what is billed to you. We appreciate every single order we receive and feel it's important that all of our partners understand how we handle our business. Please consider s/h when you are pricing your items at retail.
Return policy:
- Must call TLS for approval
- Exchanges or 25% re-stocking fee only on returns
- No store wear or adhesive from store labels accepted on returns (as we can not resell)
- Return charges incurred by customer (shipping, call tags, etc.) unless special condition applies
- Returns must be approved within 30 days of receipt of product
- Please send payments under separate cover as returns (or it will be lost)
